Our History
Lanzen Fabricating Co. is founded by Joe Lanzen (1914 - 2005) in Roseville, Michigan.
1960
Lanzen Fabricating is incorporated in the State of Michigan.
1966
Joe’s son Terry assumes the role of owner/operator.
1978
Lanzen Fabricating Incorporated acquires assets of Mancelona Metal Products and re-opens as Lanzen Fabricating North.
1992
In July, Lanzen acquires assets of Demmer-Petoskey and operates as Lanzen-Petoskey.
2017
In October, Lanzen breaks ground on a 90,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Romeo, Michigan. In Spring 2018, Romeo replaces Roseville as Lanzen Incorporated headquarters.
2017
Lanzen-Petoskey relocates to a new 24,000 square foot facility in Harbor Springs, Michigan.
2019
BAE Systems names Lanzen as Most Improved Supplier of the Year.
2021
Lanzen, Inc. is recognized as a Founding Partner in Education with The Academies at Romeo High School at an official partner signing.
2022
Lanzen receives a Bronze Medallion at BAE Systems' Partner2Win supplier symposium.
